Wenable has appointed Dinesh Kumar as Chief Growth Officer, APAC & EMEA, as the company looks to accelerate its growth and expand its presence across key global markets. In his new role, Kumar will lead the company’s growth strategy across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions, focusing on revenue growth, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, channel development and market expansion.
The appointment comes as Wenable continues to expand its technology portfolio and strengthen its capabilities across enterprise mobility, artificial intelligence (AI), device management and digital transformation. Kumar’s mandate will include building a scalable go-to-market engine to support the company’s growth ambitions across these regions.
Driving Regional Growth and Market Expansion
As Chief Growth Officer for APAC and EMEA, Kumar will work closely with Wenable’s leadership, sales, product, technology and partner ecosystem teams to identify new business opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships.
His responsibilities will span enterprise sales, channel development and partnership-led growth, alongside efforts to expand the company’s market presence. The role places emphasis on aligning commercial strategy with customer needs and creating scalable approaches to business development across diverse regional markets.

Bringing Enterprise Sales and Technology Leadership Experience
Before joining Wenable, Kumar served as Regional Sales Director – India and SAARC at SOTI, where he was responsible for delivering mission-critical mobile workforce management solutions to large enterprises.
His experience at SOTI included working with organisations across sectors such as banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), retail, healthcare, manufacturing and government. He also worked closely with leading global consulting firms and system integrators, building experience across enterprise sales and partner-led business development.
Over the course of his career, Kumar has held leadership positions across the technology and telecommunications industries. His professional journey includes roles at Aircel, Reliance, Samsung Electronics, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise and Canon India.
This cross-industry experience provides a foundation for his new mandate at Wenable, where regional expansion, enterprise relationships and channel development form key elements of the growth strategy.
Academic Background and Emerging Technology Focus
Kumar holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a postgraduate certification in Business Management from Harvard Business School.
He also holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Emerging Technologies, with a concentration in Generative AI, from Golden Gate University.
His academic background combines business management with an emphasis on emerging technologies, an area increasingly relevant as organisations evaluate AI-enabled solutions and technology-led business transformation.
